Powerball (USA)

Players choose five numbers from a first set of numbers ranging from 1 to 69 (called white balls), and one number from a second set of numbers ranging from 1 to 26 (called Powerballs, or red balls). The drawing order of the numbers (balls) is irrelevant.
Powerball's highest jackpot was $1.586 billion, won on January 13, 2016 and split by three tickets. It was also the largest prize won in a US lottery and all over the world.

Mega Millions (USA)

Players choose five numbers from a first set of numbers ranging from 1 to 56, and one number from a second set of numbers ranging from 1 to 46 (called Mega Number). The drawing order of the numbers is irrelevant.
Mega Millions's highest jackpot was $1.537 billion, won on October 23, 2018 with a single ticket.

Lotto 6/49 (Canada)

Players choose six numbers from a set of numbers ranging from 1 to 49 (hence the name). The drawing order of the numbers is irrelevant.
Lotto 6/49's jackpot is capped to CA $70 million. The highest payout was $64 million, won on October 17, 2015 with a single ticket. It was also the largest prize won in a Canadian lottery.

Lotto Max (Canada)

Players choose seven numbers from a first set of numbers ranging from 1 to 50 (it used to be 49, originally and before than May 2019). The drawing order of the numbers is irrelevant.

EuroJackpot is an international European lottery held in Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
Players choose five numbers from a first set of numbers ranging from 1 to 50, and two numbers from a second set of numbers ranging from 1 to 12 (called Euronumbers). The drawing order of the numbers is irrelevant.
Starting from Friday 25 March 2022, there are 12 Euronumbers, numbers are drawn twice per week: on Tuesday and on Friday, and EuroJackpot's jackpot is capped to 120 million euros.

EuroJackpot's jackpot is progressively capped, which means that the cap is increased by 5 million euros every time a capped jackpot is won. Vikinglotto (Europe)

Vikinglotto is an international European lottery started in 1993 and held in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Iceland, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Slovenia (since 2017), and Belgium (since 2020). It was formerly known as Onsdags Lotto (which means "Wednesday Lotto") in Denmark, and as Víkingalottó in Iceland.

The first win above 1 million euros amounted to 3,069,500 euros, was played in Barcellona Pozzo di Gotto (Messina) and drawn on January 2007. The largest sum won so far amounts to 3,124,750 euros, was played in Villa Agnedo (Trento) and drawn on 7 January 2014.

10 e Lotto (Italy)

10 e Lotto was first played on 28 July 2009. Players choose up to 10 numbers ranging from 1 to 90 to match against a draw of 20 random numbers. Players can also optionally play (paying an extra fee) to extra draws for the Golden Number, the Double Golden Number, and an extra draw of 15 random numbers.

SuperEnalotto (Italy)

SuperEnalotto is managed by Sisal and it was first played on 3 December 1997. Players choose six numbers from a first set of numbers ranging from 1 to 90 (though 7 numbers are drawn, with the extra number called "Jolly" which gives an extra chance of winning, matching the five of the first six numbers drawn with the Jolly number), and one numbers from a second set of numbers ranging from 1 to 90 as well (called SuperStar). The drawing order of the numbers is irrelevant.
Super Enalotto's highest jackpot was 209'106'441 euros, won on 13 August 2019 with a single ticket of 6 + 1 numbers chosen pseudorandomly by the shop's terminal ("quick pick").

Si Vince Tutto SuperEnalotto (Italy)

SiVinceTutto SuperEnalotto is managed by Sisal and it was first played on 27 April 2011. Players choose twelve numbers from a set of numbers ranging from 1 to 90. The drawing order of the numbers is irrelevant.
There's no jackpot: the entire prize money is divided between winners.

MillionDay (Italy)

MillionDay is managed by International Game Technology (IGT) Italy and it was first played on 7 February 2018. Players choose five numbers from a set of numbers ranging from 1 to 55. The drawing order of the numbers is irrelevant.

El Gordo de la Primitiva (Spain)
